Israel National News: Poll: Zehut Party Could Win 6 Seats in Next Election
Survey shows that if voters were certain that Moshe Feiglin's Zehut party would pass the minimum threshold, party could receive six seats.
A poll conducted on behalf of the Zehut party headed by Moshe Feiglin reveals that the party has the potential of receiving at least six Knesset seats if elections were held today. The poll was conducted by Prof. Camille Fuchs, and included a representative sample of 701 respondents. The survey was commissioned by the party to as it lays the groundwork for its first Knesset bid. The poll indicates that about one-fifth, 21%, of respondents would consider voting for Zehut.
The poll also found that, at present, Zehut would receive a number votes equivalent to 2.4 seats - which doesn’t pass the minimum qualifying threshold of 3.25% - or 3.9 seats.
If voters were confident the party would pass the threshold, however, Zehut would receive six seats, according to the poll.
